Ascent Physical Therapy's Work Solutions Program works with employers and individuals on improving safety, reducing work place injuries and lowering workman's compensation costs. This in turn helps your company create a safe and efficient work place. Services incorporated during this evaluation include; work site evaluations, employment and management training programs and FCE's.

The Work Solutions Program also provides ergonomic evaluations. These evaluations provide recommendations on reducing injuries such as; carpal tunnel, lower back injury, neck and shoulder pain. It also provides recommendations on improving the work site for safety and comfort as well as determining whether or not an employee is working in the most efficient manner.
