Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Orthopedics is a branch of medicine focused on the musculoskeletal system. Orthopedic physical therapists are trained in the treatment of post operative joints, acute sports injuries and arthritis just to name a few. Joint mobilizations, strength training, hot/cold packs, and electrical stimulation are modalities often used to expedite recovery of orthopedic diagnosis.
